1Who we are

CoParent Hub is a co-parenting app for separated and divorced parents. It helps two co-parents coordinate the care of their children through a shared custody calendar (tracking who has the kids and when handoffs happen), day-swap requests, shared expense tracking and settle-up, and private in-app messaging between the two co-parents.

The app is built and operated by Onkar Singh, sole developer of CoParent Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”). For the purposes of UK and EU data-protection law, we are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. If you have any questions, you can reach us at on13kar@gmail.com.

2Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run the app and coordinate care between co-parents. Specifically:

Account information

Content you enter in the app

Device information

We do not collect your precise location, your contacts, your photo library (beyond receipt images you deliberately attach), or any advertising identifier.

3How we use your information

We use the information above to:

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

5Third parties and processors

We keep the number of third parties to a minimum, and we choose them carefully. We use the following service providers, each only for the specific purpose described:

Apple

Provides Sign in with Apple (optional authentication), push-notification delivery, and all in-app purchases. Apple handles all payment processing — we never see or store your card or payment details.

Supabase

Our backend host. Supabase runs the hosted PostgreSQL database that securely stores your account and app content so it can sync between you and your co-parent.

RevenueCat

Manages subscription entitlements on top of Apple In-App Purchase — confirming whether your subscription is active. RevenueCat does not receive or process your payment-card details.

TelemetryDeck

Our privacy-preserving analytics provider. It receives only aggregate, anonymous usage signals — no personal identifiers, no advertising identifier (IDFA), and no cross-app tracking — so we can understand how the app is used at a high level.

No advertisers, no tracking SDKs. CoParent Hub contains no third-party advertising SDKs, no Meta/Facebook SDK, and no App Tracking Transparency tracking. We show no ads, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell or share your personal data for advertising.

6Data storage and security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information:

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit who can access it.

7Data retention and account deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and you are using the app.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. When you do, we permanently erase your data across all of our backend tables — including your account details, family information, custody schedules, calendar events, swaps, expenses, receipt images, and chat messages.

If you signed up using Sign in with Apple, deleting your account also revokes the Apple authentication token associated with the app.

Note that anonymous, aggregate analytics that contain no personal identifiers, and records held by Apple regarding your purchases, are not personal data we can erase on your behalf and may persist independently.

8Children's privacy

CoParent Hub is intended for adults — parents and guardians aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for or market the app to children.

Some information about children — typically their first names and schedule details — may appear in the app, but it is entered by you, the adult parent, solely to coordinate your children's care between co-parents. Children do not have their own accounts and do not interact with the app. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us at on13kar@gmail.com and we will take appropriate action.

9Your rights

Under UK and EU data-protection law, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email us at on13kar@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk, or your local data-protection authority.

California residents (CCPA)

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. To make a request, contact us at on13kar@gmail.com.

10International data transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom, and CoParent Hub is offered in the UK and US App Stores. Some of our service providers — including Apple, Supabase, RevenueCat, and TelemetryDeck — may process or store data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK and EU law — such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions — to ensure your data continues to be protected.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we add features or change a service provider. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will provide a more prominent notice in the app. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
