End User License Agreement (EULA) · Last updated 13 June 2026

Template — have a professional review before publishing.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Onkar Singh, the sole developer of the CoParent Hub mobile application (the "App", the "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully. They also serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) governing your licence to use the App.

Important: CoParent Hub is a neutral coordination and organisation tool for separated or divorced parents. It is not a law firm, mediator, financial adviser, or court. Nothing in the App constitutes legal, financial, or mediation advice, and nothing you record in the App creates, replaces, or modifies a legally binding custody arrangement, parenting plan, or court order.

Quick navigation

1.Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using CoParent Hub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

If you use the App on behalf of yourself and a co-parent or household, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for your own use of the Service.

2.Description of Service

CoParent Hub helps two co-parents coordinate the day-to-day logistics of raising children across two households. Features may include:

The Service is provided purely as an organisational aid. We do not verify, arbitrate, mediate, or enforce any schedule, expense, message, or agreement recorded in the App. Any decisions you and your co-parent reach are entirely your own.

3.Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent, guardian, or carer to create an account and use CoParent Hub. The App is intended for adults only and is not directed to children under 13. Any information about a child (such as a first name or schedule detail) is entered by an adult parent solely to coordinate the child's care; children do not hold accounts and do not use the App.

4.Accounts & Co-Parent Invitations

To use the Service you create an account using an email address and password, or via Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly at on13kar@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

The Service is designed for use by two co-parents who share a household record. You may invite your co-parent to join so that you can coordinate together. By inviting someone, you confirm you reasonably believe they are entitled to access the shared information. Once a co-parent joins, certain calendar, expense, and message data is shared between both accounts so the Service can function. You are each responsible for your own conduct and the content you contribute.

5.Acceptable Use

You agree to use CoParent Hub lawfully, respectfully, and only for its intended purpose of coordinating shared parenting. You must not:

The App is a coordination tool, not legal advice. CoParent Hub does not provide legal, financial, tax, or mediation advice and is not a substitute for a custody agreement, parenting plan, or court order. For decisions about custody, support, finances, or your legal rights, consult a qualified solicitor, attorney, mediator, or financial professional. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

6.Subscriptions & Billing

Some features of CoParent Hub require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold through Apple In-App Purchase and managed using RevenueCat. We never see or store your credit-card or other payment details — all payment processing is handled by Apple.

Apple's standard licence applies. Your licence to use the App is also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (the "Licensed Application End User License Agreement"), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. To the extent of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's standard EULA regarding your use of the App, the terms most protective of your rights under Apple's EULA apply to that subject matter. You acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content.

7.Free Trial

We may offer a 3-day free trial of a paid subscription. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your trial will automatically convert to a paid, auto-renewing subscription and your Apple ID will be charged the then-current price. You can cancel at any time during the trial in your Apple ID → Subscriptions settings; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. Free-trial eligibility and terms are determined by Apple and may not be available to all users.

8.Your Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload in the App — including calendar entries, schedules, expenses, receipt images, and messages (your "Content"). We do not claim ownership of your Content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, display, and back up your Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Service to you and your co-parent. This licence ends when your Content is deleted, except where retention is required by law or for a short period in routine backups. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any Content you upload, including information about your children, with your co-parent through the App.

9.Disclaimers & "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any schedules, reminders, calculations, or notifications will be timely, accurate, or delivered.

You acknowledge that CoParent Hub is an organisational tool only. We make no representation that any arrangement recorded in the App is fair, complete, enforceable, or compliant with any court order or law. Reliance on the App for legal, financial, or custody decisions is at your own risk.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or for damages arising from disputes between co-parents, missed handoffs, undelivered notifications, or reliance on information in the App.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us (via Apple) for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £10. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

11.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onkar Singh and CoParent Hub from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your Content, your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or court order, or any dispute between you and your co-parent.

12.Termination & Account Deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account directly in the App, which permanently erases your data across our backend systems. For Sign in with Apple users, deleting your account also revokes the associated Apple sign-in token. Because some data is shared between co-parents, deletion of jointly-created records may affect what your co-parent can see; cancelling a subscription is handled separately through your Apple ID settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity — will survive.

13.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION — confirm with the developer], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence grant you additional rights.

14.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where the changes are material, provide reasonable notice in the App or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
